Louie’s Helping Hands has given us the opportunity to do something that can so easily be taken for granted, simply getting out, having fun and enjoying a playground together.
Thanks to their support, my daughter Luna was able to enjoy Quex Accessible Park alongside her wheelchair using friends from school, making memories and being included in something as simple as a morning at the park.

Beautiful, inclusive and very safe environment for my 2 sen children aged 2 and 5 I couldn’t recommend open days at Llewelyn school Playground enough! Emily and her team have been a life saver during the holidays as we don’t have many options for a calm and spacious environment, thank you so much!

We absolutely love visiting the Accessible Playground! It is such a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our family, the holidays can be a really busy and overwhelming time, so we love how peaceful it is especially in the forest school area! We can’t thank Louie’s Helping Hands enough for providing this for families, it is so needed!!

Thank you for opening the playground to the community, we had a fabulous time! So well thought out and truly inclusive. It can be extremely difficult to find a safe space but this was perfect. The lady coordinating the sessions we attended over half term was so helpful and welcoming. Congratulations on all involved creating such a wonderful outdoor space!

An amazing, truly inclusive playground
This playground is a standout example of what an accessible children’s park should be. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail was designed so kids of all abilities can play side by side. There are calm, shaded spots for sensory breaks, adaptive swings, and thoughtful seating for caregivers throughout.
What I love most is the spirit of inclusion you feel here—siblings and friends can explore together, and no one is left on the sidelines. Safety is clearly a priority, with soft surfacing and excellent sightlines, but it never gets in the way of fun. This is more than a playground; it’s a community space that celebrates every child.
